1. Services

WazoBot provides an AI-powered assistant for small businesses to manage bookings, communications, and calendars through WhatsApp and integrated platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WazoBot. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Account and Access

  • Business owners must provide accurate information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

  • Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use WazoBot only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, databases, or networks.

  • Use WazoBot to send spam, fraudulent, or abusive communications.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Certain services may require payment.

  • Fees are disclosed prior to purchase.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

WazoBot integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, WhatsApp). Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in WazoBot’s software, branding, and content remain with WazoBot Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer our technology.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WazoBot if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

WazoBot is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WazoBot Ltd. disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Privacy Policy

WazoBot Ltd. (“WazoBot”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how we comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (as amended by Amendment No. 13).

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, from your use of our services, and from integrations you authorize (such as Google Calendar or WhatsApp).

Mandatory Information – required to provide our services:

  • Phone number (used as your customer ID)

  • Name (to personalize bookings and communications)

  • Service details (appointments, bookings, cancellations)

Voluntary Information – you may choose not to provide:

  • Notes you provide during booking (preferences, comments)

  • Feedback or survey responses

  • Marketing preferences

If you do not provide mandatory information, we will not be able to provide you with our services.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate and improve our booking assistant services

  • To manage and synchronize appointments with your calendar

  • To communicate with you regarding bookings, reminders, and updates

  • To provide customer support and resolve disputes

  • To comply with legal obligations under Israeli and international law

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on:

  • Contract: to provide you with the services you request

  • Consent: where you voluntarily provide optional information

  • Legitimate Interest: to improve our services and prevent misuse

  • Legal Obligation: to comply with applicable law or enforcement requests

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your data with:

  • Service Providers (e.g., hosting, communication APIs, cloud infrastructure) strictly under contract

  • Business Owners with whom you book services, as necessary to fulfill the booking

  • Authorities where required by law or legal process

  • International Transfers: If data is transferred outside Israel, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above:

  • Booking records: as long as required for service and legal obligations

  • Message logs: up to 24 months, unless required longer for legal reasons

  • Calendar records: typically 90 days after cancellation or deletion

  • You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use encryption, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your personal data. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel under a “least privilege” model.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights under the Privacy Protection Law and applicable regulations:

  • Access – to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Correction – to update or correct inaccurate data

  • Deletion – to request erasure of your personal data

  • Objection – to object to processing in certain circumstances

  • Portability – where applicable, to request transfer of your data

  • Compensation – under Amendment 13, you may claim up to NIS 10,000 for unlawful processing of your data without needing to prove actual damage

9. Children’s Data

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Compliance with the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA)

WazoBot complies with the oversight and enforcement powers of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA). This includes:

  • Notifying the PPA of any databases where required by law

  • Cooperating with preliminary opinions, inspections, or enforcement measures

  • Appointing a DPO if legally mandated

11. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. Any updates will be posted at wazobot.com/useterms, with the “Last Updated” date shown above.

If material changes are made, we will notify users via email, WhatsApp, or other appropriate means.
